Using an AOL browser may prevent you from logging in. To continue logging into this website please follow the steps below to launch Internet Explorer:

  1. Minimize your AOL Browser.
  2. Launch Internet Explorer one of the following ways:
    1. Click on the Internet Explorer Icon on your desktop or
    2. Click on the Internet Explorer Icon in your Start Menu or
    3. Click your Start button on your desktop then click "All Programs" then click on Internet Explorer.
  3. In the Internet Explorer Address Bar type www.purchasingpower.com and press "Enter". Reattempt to login to the website again.

  1. Exit Internet Explorer, and then exit any instances of Windows Explorer.
  2. Click Start, click Run, type inetcpl.cpl, and then press ENTER.
  3. On the General tab, click Delete Cookies in the Internet Properties dialog box, under Temporary Internet Files.
  4. In the Delete Files dialog box, click to select the Delete all offline content check box, and then click OK.
