With Purchasing Power’s Refer & Earn Program, you can earn $25 to spend at PurchasingPower.com for every friend who becomes a Purchasing Power customer. Your co-workers save too – they get 10% off their first order.

How does the Refer & Earn program work?
First, visit the share page: refer.purchasingpower.com.
Enter your email address so we know where to send your rewards. Then, send a referral email, or post a referral on Facebook or Twitter. Once you share, you are assigned a share link, which allows us to track all of your referrals and ensure you receive your rewards. If a co-worker clicks on your link and places his/her first order, you'll earn your reward.

How many people can I refer?
You can refer as many people as you like, but you can only earn up to 50 Referral Rewards during a 12 month period.

Who is eligible to participate in the Refer & Earn program?
You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the US to earn a reward. In order to earn a reward, your co-worker must be eligible to participate in Purchasing Power and be a NEW customer.

How do I track my referrals?
Sign up for a "dashboard" email to be sent to you, and we'll send you an update showing how many shares, clicks, and referrals you've made and how much you've earned from the program. Just visit the share page refer.purchasingpower.com, and click the "Email My Stats" link found under the sharing options.

How will my co-worker know that I am referring them?
The email you send to your co-workers comes from your email address. In the email, there are detailed instructions telling them how to join the program and earn their reward.

Once I earn a reward, when will I receive it?
We fulfill rewards once your co-worker’s order has been processed, so it can take up to 30 days for you to receive your reward after your co-worker places his/her first order.

How do I know when I've earned a reward?
Once your co-worker’s order has processed, we'll send you an email with your Reward. You can also visit the ‘My Account’ page to view your Rewards Balance.

I accidentally deleted my reward email.
No problem. You can view your Rewards balance by logging in to PurchasingPower.com and going to the ‘My Account’ page.

What if I referred my co-worker, he or she made a purchase, but I never got a reward?
No problem – please contact Customer Care at 1-888-923-6236, and we’ll look at your referral in our system.

Can I refer someone who works at a different company?
You can refer anyone who has access to and is eligible to participate in Purchasing Power either through their employer or a sponsoring organization.

How do I unsubscribe from the monthly dashboard email?
Each dashboard email we send contains an unsubscribe link, or you can unsubscribe by submitting a request to support@extole.com and include the email address you would like unsubscribed.

Are there any special restrictions or rules for the Refer & Earn program?
This program has a simple set of rules to ensure that users are referring their co-workers they know and are not spamming large lists or referring themselves.

The rules are:

  • Users may not participate in a referral program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.
  • Users may not use spam to obtain referrals. Users may not acquire referrals through unsolicited email to persons unknown to them, or through message board postings, where the postings are unrelated to the topic of discussion or otherwise violate the terms of the site.
  • Rewards may be redeemed on future purchases through Purchasing Power.  Rewards cannot be applied to previous orders or your current balance. Rewards apply to cost of products only, not applicable to shipping and taxes.
  • New Purchasing Power customers placing an order must use the Referrer’s “Personal Link” in order for the Referrer to receive credit. If your co-worker is placing an order over the phone, then a customer service representative will assist them in placing the order online using the “Personal Link.”
  • Referral Rewards are fulfilled after the Referred Customer's order is processed. You will receive your reward approximately 30 days after the Referred Customer places an order with Purchasing Power.
  • We do not guarantee delivery time on any rewards earned, nor does it guarantee receipt of any rewards.
  • No more than 50 Referral Rewards are allowed during a 12 month period.
