UPS My Choice is a service that lets you manage the delivery of your UPS packages.
UPS My Choice provides you the option to:

  • Receive text messages that tell you when your package is out for delivery.
  • Reroute your package to a designated access point for easy pickup.
  • Place your package on hold for easy pickup at your local UPS terminal
  • Choose where you want your delivery driver to leave your packages at your home.
  • Select a specific date and time for your delivery (fees may apply).
  • Change your delivery address (fees may apply).
  • Upgrade UPS SurePost deliveries to UPS Ground (fees may apply).

What is FedEx Delivery Manager? 
FedEx Delivery Manager is a service offered by FedEx that allows you to manage the delivery of your packages.
FedEx Delivery Manager provides you the option to:

  • Choose where you want your delivery driver to leave your packages at your home.
  • Place your package on hold for easy pickup at your local FedEx terminal.
  • Place your packages on vacation hold.
  • Select a specific date and time for your delivery (fees may apply).
  • Change your delivery address (fees may apply).
