How do I download the mobile app?
Purchasing Power's mobile app is available for iPhone and Android. Click on the links to download the app for free.

Where do I go to check my order balance, as well as how many more purchases I can make?
Select the “My Account” option on the main screen of the application. You will be navigated to the My Account page where you will find your Available Spending Limit, Current Balance, Total Spending Limit and Purchases Available.

How do I upload a document from my device?
Select the “Upload Document” option on the main screen of the application. You will be navigated to the Upload Document page where you will find a list of your required documents. Select the “Upload” option next to a document. Your camera will be activated. Take a picture of your document and select the “Save” option to upload the document to your account.

Can I upload an existing document that may have been saved on my device instead of taking a picture of it?
No. At this time you cannot select files on your device to be uploaded. This is indeed a great feature to have and we will be working on offering this functionality in a future release.

Why does my camera screen on my iPhone becomes completely black, when I try to take a picture of a document and upload it?
You must allow the Purchasing Power application to have access to your camera in order to take a photo of your document. To enable the application access to your camera, navigate to “Settings”, tap “Privacy” then “Camera”, set “Purchasing Power” to ON.

Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi or your mobile service has internet access.

Why doesn’t the Password/Username I use on the website, not work for the mobile application?
I receive an Invalid Password/Username message.

There are a few things we suggest you do if you come across this problem:

  • Make sure your predictive text option is turned off
  • Make sure your Caps Lock or beginning line capitalization options are turned off
  • Carefully monitor each letter/number/symbol input during login
