What is an order packet?
Your order packet is the document we email to you after you place your order that contains important information such as:
- Return policy
- Product invoice
- Warranty Information
- The Truth in Lending Disclosure (TILD) that shows ALL costs associated with an order
- Complete contract details of your customer contract with Purchasing Power
- Any additional paperwork Purchasing Power needs from you to complete your order

Where can I get another copy of my order packet?
Login to your account and select 'View' for the specific order to retrieve another copy of your order packet.

How long does it take for your system to show receipt of my documents?
Once you email your documents to orderprocessing@purchasingpower.com, it can take up to 48 hours for your account to show receipt of your documents. Check your My Account page for the latest status on your order. We will also email you if we are missing any documents needed to process your order.

What is the California waste disposal fee?
This fee is imposed on certain computer purchases shipped to addresses in California. Purchasing Power is required by California law to collect this fee on their behalf.
