H2O Pre-Paid Plans


How do I activate my H2O pre-paid phone?
New H2O® Wireless SIM cards are packaged in a plastic cardholder the size of a bank check card or a credit card (see image below). Within the packaging, there is a small “punch-out” SIM card which needs to be removed and inserted into the phone.

  • Call 1-800-643-4926 or visit H2OWirelessNow.com/activate
  • If activating online, select your choice of H2O Wireless plans under “Plan” (see image below)

  • Enter you ActFast Code from the SIM card. If the ActFast code has been misplaced, the customer can alternatively use the IMEI number (usually behind your phone battery) and SIM number (20-digit number located on the SIM card).
  • Enter the area code where H2O wireless service will be used most.

Is there an activation fee?

No, there is no activation fee with the H2O Unlimited plans sold by Purchasing Power.

I purchased a 3, 6 or 12-month plan; do I need to call in every month to get my 1 GB of data?

No, with the Purchasing Power plans, once you initially activate your phone it will be updated automatically. No need to call in every month.

How many minutes come with each of the plans?

Purchasing Power does NOT offer H2O ‘PAY-AS-YOU-GO’ plans that subtract minutes as you use them. Our plans are for UNLIMITED calling, texting & mms combined with 1 GB of data.

How can I add more service to my H2O pre-paid plan?

Once your originally purchased plan has ended, you can add additional months via H2O Wireless or by calling 1-800-643-4926. Credit Card or payment method will be required.

I have a phone already; how do I add an H2O plan to it?

Customers can purchase an H2O 30 Day Unlimited Kit $60 SIM (PPC SKU 2308414) from Purchasing Power and add it to any existing Unlocked GSM phone (i.e. a phone that uses a SIM Card to operate).
