How long will it take to receive my merchandise?

Please review the Shipping & Delivery tab (see image below) for information on when you will receive tracking info and how long it will take to receive your item. Tracking information will be sent to your email address and can also be found on your ‘My Account' page. Each item is different but typically small parcel items can take up to 2 weeks to arrive after the order is processed while large freight items can take 3-6 weeks after the order is processed. For large freight items, our carrier will contact you to arrange a WEEKDAY delivery date and time.

How will my merchandise be shipped?

Unless otherwise noted, most items will ship via UPS or Federal Express. Large items such as furniture, appliances and large televisions are shipped by Freight.

All freight deliveries are scheduled in advance. If you need to reschedule your delivery, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-923-6236 48-hours before the scheduled delivery date. If you are unavailable at the pre-scheduled day and time, the items will be returned to the distribution center.

What is the difference between 'Threshold' and 'White Glove' Delivery?

Threshold delivery is offered for most of our freight-delivered products and is limited to delivery across a customer’s first doorway or threshold (e.g. garage, backyard, first room of the home). It does not include un-boxing of the product or removal of packing material.

White Glove delivery is a premium service offered on some of our freight-delivered products. When it is available, you will see this shipping method noted on the product page for that particular item. This service includes two-person deliveries, inside your home to the room of choice with a maximum of two flights of stairs to reach desired location; un-boxing of the product and removal of any packing material.

Will you notify me if there is a problem with my order?
Purchasing Power will make every attempt to keep you informed of delivery expectations. If, for any reason, we suspect there may be a delay, we will notify you by email with updated status. Please check your email, on file with us, and remember to add us to your contact list so emails do not get sent to your junk folder.

Will you ship merchandise to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands?
Delivery on most small items is available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands for an additional shipping fee. A Customer Care Representative will contact you after you place your order to obtain approval for additional shipping charges.

Please note, there are extended delivery time-frames for all items sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.

Why is my item being shipped freight?
Freight delivery is used to deliver bulky products usually weighing over 150 pounds. Due to item size, it requires special handling and delivery.

Who is the freight company that will be contacting me to schedule delivery?
We want you to receive your product as quickly as possible so a number of delivery companies can be used to ensure that occurs. The company delivering your product will differ by product ordered, location of distribution center, the delivery location and other factors. All information provided at the time of the order will be given to the delivery company, so they can set up delivery of your item with you directly.

What are the hours and days available for FREIGHT delivery?
Freight items are available for general delivery Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. The shipping company will contact you directly to schedule delivery of your products and provide you with a specific delivery window.

What if I do not receive a call to schedule my delivery?
Due to the nature of the delivery, freight deliveries take longer. If it has been more than 7 BUSINESS DAYS since you received notification that your order was processed and you have not received a phone call to schedule delivery, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-923-6236.

Will I need to be home for FREIGHT delivery?
We recommend that you be home for delivery to thoroughly inspect your item for any damage. If that is not possible, anyone over the age of 18 may sign for the delivery. Please note any damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing and remember that all damage must be reported within 2 business days of receipt. What if I don't see tracking information online?
Depending on the item you ordered, tracking information could be available as early as 3 days up to 15 days, for Freight deliveries. For certain freight items, tracking information will not be provided, as you will be contacted directly to schedule delivery.

What if my product says it's been delivered but I did not receive it?
The first thing we recommend is to check with other household members. The next step would be to check the front/back door, behind bushes or other inconspicuous location on your property where the shipper may have left the package to minimize the risk of theft. If your product shows USPS delivery, please note the tracking information reflects the delivery date to the depot, not always to your residence.

If the above conditions have been confirmed and the package is still missing, please contact our Customer Service department to initiate a tracer with the shipper. We recommend contacting the shipper (Fed-Ex, UPS) directly as well to substantiate the claim. Doing so will generally expedite the processing of your claim.

Tracking an order shipped outside the contiguous U.S.
If your item is being shipped outside of the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc), your tracking information will be available in two parts. The first will be tracking information to our Fulfillment Center in Atlanta, GA. About 3-5 days after the product reaches the Fulfillment Center, it will be redirected to the final shipping destination.

I received some of my items. Where are the rest?
We ship from several different locations, so your order may arrive on different days and in multiple boxes. We will email you when your item(s) ship, with carrier name and tracking number on the day of shipment. You can also track your package online with this information.
