What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Always thoroughly inspect the product upon delivery. If the carrier is still at your home, refuse delivery and contact Customer Service immediately at 1-888-923-6236 for assistance.  

If the carrier is no longer at your home, please contact us immediately.  All damage must be reported within 2 business days of receipt.
