Can I make another purchase while still paying for a previous order?
This depends on how your employer or organization customized the program for their employees or members. Assuming you meet the program’s eligibility requirement and your next purchase will not exceed your order limit or available spending limit, you can make another purchase.

Can I refinance my purchase during the life of the contract?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a refinancing option for your purchase.

Can I change the amount to be deducted from my paychecks?
Yes, subject to your employer's approval, you can arrange to have a larger amount deducted if you wish to pay it off early. However, you cannot reduce your payment amount.

Is there any penalty for pre-payment or early pay-off?
There is no penalty for paying off an order early and the total price of your order is the same regardless of whether you choose to pay all at once or in multiple installments. In fact, if there are limitations in the number of orders you can place at one time, paying off an existing order may allow you to place another order.

Can I extend my re-payment period?
Unfortunately, we do not offer repayment extensions. However, if you are no longer receiving a paycheck please contact our Billing Team at 1-800-903-0809 so we can assist you in making alternative re-payment arrangements.

Can I pay off my balance with a check or credit card?
Yes, you can pay off your balance with a check or credit card at any point and the total price of your order is the same regardless of whether you choose to pay all at once, or in multiple installments.
