Most items in new, unopened condition (i.e., manufacturer seal is not broken) can be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full credit or refund, excluding shipping fees. Some items have a modified return policy that is less than thirty (30) days or is non-returnable. For bulky items delivered by Truck/Freight, e.g., Appliance, Furniture, Fitness Equipment, Large Televisions and other bulky items, it is necessary to Contact Us before the item has been scheduled for delivery, to avoid incurring extra shipping charges as these items may be non-returnable.
