Where can I view tracking information?
To view your account balance, log in and click on My Account. Go to the Order History section to view the status of recently placed orders or all orders. Click on your order number to view details and tracking information.

Can I have the boxes for my purchase to be delivered all at once?
Suppliers frequently ship orders from more than one facility. Distances from each facility affect how long the different parts take to arrive. It takes approximately 14 to 28 days to receive all your boxes.

What will happen if my order is delivered when no one is home?
The carrier will leave a note on your door. You can call the number on the note and arrange to pick it up at their location.

Does Purchasing Power deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands?
Delivery on some products is available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands for an additional shipping fee. A customer care representative will contact you after you place your order to obtain approval for these additional shipping charges.
