What is an order packet?
An order packet is also known as a Truth In Lending Agreement (TILA). This is a standardized form the government uses to show all costs associated with financing an order. Once you place an order via phone or online an order packet will be emailed or faxed to you to complete your order. The order packet contains your invoice and important documents for you to complete and fax back to Purchasing Power.

How long does it take for your system to show receipt of my documents?
Once you fax your documents, we will review them in 24 hours. If your order is missing any documents, we will contact you via phone and email daily. Review these quick tips to ensure that your fax reaches the correct location.
- Always use a cover page with your name, order number, total number of pages sent and a telephone number where you can be reached.
- Pay close attention to how you place the paper on the fax machine: some require face-down placement and some face-up.
- If the pay stub or voided check you are faxing has a shaded background, please make a copy to see what it will look like when faxed. If the copy is dark, please make a lighter copy and send that copy instead of the original.
