Can I make another purchase while still paying for a previous order?
This depends on your purchase policy set by your employer or organization. As long as the total purchase amount including your previous order(s) does not exceed your spending limit, you can make another purchase. If an order is placed and the limit is exceeded, Purchasing Power will contact you. Please note that your employer may have a specific policy about your maximum number of purchases allowed within a 12 month time frame.

Is there any penalty for pre-payment or early pay-off?
There is no penalty for paying off an order early. In fact, if there are limitations in the number of orders you can place at one time, paying off an existing order, may allow you to place another order.

Can I extend my re-payment period?

Can I pay off my balance with a check or credit card?
Yes, you can pay off your balance with a check or credit card at any point. While there are no discounts for early pay-off, this is a way to lower your deduction amount or allow you to place another order if there are limitations on the number of orders you have at one time.
