Generally, in order to purchase our products, you must be employed by a company or belong to an organization with whom we have a contractual agreement to offer products for purchase pursuant to a payroll deduction schedule. Your name, delivery address and verification of employment information are required to complete the purchase, if you intend to utilize payroll deduction as your purchase option
